How to become healtheir ???

Today Iam going to talk about how to become healthier....maybe you will think WHY but here is the reasons...

I  think becoming a healthy person is very good for you because without healthy body you can not have energy to do everything.

But here is the idea to become healty. the First thing  you  have to exercise everyday like walking for 1 hour or going to the gym will help you to get more energy and to make you become healtheir so try to exercise everyday.
 Second  thing you shoud sleep at least for 7 to 8 hours everynight and if you couldnt try to forget all your problems or try not to watch Tv before going to bed .
 Third thing is to drink 2 liters a day or  more if you can because water is very imported for the body, Fourth thing is to eat healty food like fruits, vegetables , fish, meat ... and so on.
 Fifth is to try not drinking alchohols or smoking or taking drugs because these things are very bad for the body and if you try to stop them is the best thing you do i hope all of the people who are reading my letter to understand it and to tell other people around them this information.
